Learning to Say No to Social Smoking
An important part of keeping a positive attitude is learning how to deal with social situations that can make it difficult for you to not smoke. Remember, quitting smoking is an important step for your well-being. While many people will want to help you, some might make it more difficult, whether they know it or not.
